Good product, slow shipping

I ordered the Coo-Wee Soft n Easy kit a few weeks ago. The device itself is pretty good, definitely more comfortable than pads for daily use, and I liked that it came with the cleaning kit. However, shipping took almost two weeks to reach me in Arizona, which felt a bit long. The packaging was discreet, which I appreciated. Very impressed with Coo-Wee

Yeah, I have the 'Soft n Easy' one. It's totally different from pads, feels much less bulky. I find it works really well for moderate leaks, even when I'm out and about.

Honestly, for heavier leaks, it's still pretty good. I was skeptical but it holds a surprising amount and it's nice not to have that wet pad feeling. Plus, way less waste.

what's the deal with returns if it doesn't work out? i'm a bit nervous about buying something like this online without trying it first.

Because it's a hygiene product, I don't think you can return it if you've opened or used it. Most places are like that for health items.

I'm pretty sure their policy states they can't accept returns on opened hygiene products. It makes sense, but yeah, it's a bit of a gamble. Maybe start with one of the simpler kits first.

It's coming from Australia so it's not Amazon speed, but it wasn't ridiculously long. I think mine took about 2 weeks to get to Texas.

I haven't tried Uresta, but I like Coo-Wee because it's external, so nothing goes inside. For me, that's a big comfort factor compared to some others.

My friend uses Contrelle and says it's ok, but she found Coo-Wee more comfortable for longer wear. It really depends on what you're looking for though, they're pretty different devices.
